By purchasing or using GroupPilot (the "Software") or this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

When you buy, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use the Software on your own devices, with future updates, for as long as the Software is offered. You may not resell, redistribute, share or publish the Software or your download link, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

2. Your responsibility

The Software automates actions in your own logged-in browser. You are solely responsible for the content you post, for complying with Facebook's terms and policies, and for following the rules of each group. You must only post to groups you are a member of and must not use the Software for spam, harassment, or illegal or misleading content.

3. Account risk

Automating Facebook can violate Facebook's terms and may lead to warnings, posting limits, or restriction or suspension of your account. We cannot guarantee that your account will not be restricted. You use the Software at your own risk.

4. No affiliation

GroupPilot is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Facebook is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.

5. Updates and availability

Facebook changes its website often, which can stop features from working. We aim to release fixes, but we do not guarantee that the Software will work at all times or with every change.

6. Payments and refunds

The price is shown at checkout and is a one-time payment unless stated otherwise. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, as set out in our Refund Policy.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of accounts, data, profits or business arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software.

9. Termination

We may end your license if you breach these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
