Facebook Group Posting Limits and How to Pace Posts
Facebook does not publish a fixed number of groups you are allowed to post to in a day. Limits depend on the account, how old it is, whether people hide or report the posts, and how similar those posts look. Treating any specific number as a safe quota is a guess.
Signs you are going too fast
The composer may refuse a post, ask you to slow down, or show a restriction that blocks posting for hours or days. Repeated failures in a row are a reason to stop the run, not to refresh and try the same groups again immediately.
A practical pace
Start with a small list, for example the groups you would have posted to by hand in one sitting. Leave a random delay between posts, measured in seconds at a minimum and longer if you are posting links or media. Spread a large list across more than one day instead of clearing it in a single session.
Make each post slightly different
Identical text is easier to treat as spam than the same offer written a few different ways. Change the opening line, the order of sentences or the call to action. Keep the facts accurate. Variations are there to avoid a copy-paste pattern, not to mislead people.
Media and links
Photos and video take longer to attach and are more likely to fail on a slow connection. Links to a site Facebook has not seen from your account before can be held for review. Test one group first, confirm the post actually appears, then continue with the rest of the list.
